04.26.17: The BoR approved the Letter of Intent from Grambling State University. A program proposal for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing will not be considered until the LSBN approves GSU’s Notice of Intent and Feasibility Study. 08.23.17: The BoR approved the proposed Bachelor of Science in Nursing (CIP 51.3801) at Grambling State University, with enrollment to begin in Fall, 2018. A progress report shall be due December 1, 2019.

A progress report shall be due December 1, 2019; 5/28/2020 - Board received and accepted the report. The next report, including an update on accreditation, is due 10/1/2021; 2/23/2022 - Board received and accepted the report. A subsequent report is due 7/1/2023; 9/20/2023 - Board received and accepted the report as part of the annual academic planning process. The program has demonstrated satisfactory growth and evidence of sustainability. No further reporting is required.
