A subsequent report is requested by June 1, 2017. 08.23.2017: BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is requested by June 1, 2018; BoR received and accepted a progress report on June 20, 2018. A subsequent report is due June 1, 2019; 6.19.2019 - Board accepted the report. A subsequent report, including evidence of increases in enrollment and completion, is due 7.1.2021. Program will be terminated if enrollment and completion are have not significantly improved; 8/24/2022 - Board approved institution's request to terminate the program.
