Action Text: The Health Informatics Center of Acadiana was granted initial approval (with stipulations) on 22 February 1999. In January 2009 the Board granted continued approval through January 31, 2014. At that time a progress report was requested with said report received and accepted by the Board in January 2012. A request for reauthorization of center status shall be due by January 31, 2014. The BoR approved the campus' request to terminate the Health Informatice Center of Acadiana, 06/29/2016.
