08.26.2015: The Board of Regents received and accepted the 2015 progress report. A subsequent report is due by July 1, 2016.
09.12.2016 The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is due by June 1, 2017, if the program is maintained.
09.27.17. The BoR received and accepted the progress report. The program will be terminated upon formal request, or report on delay by 01.01.18.
