A subsequent report is requested by June 1, 2016; 09.12.2016 The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is requested by June 1, 2017; 06.21.17: The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is requested by June 1, 2018; 8/22/2018: The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report with updated enrollment and graduation numbers, and updates on externship implementation and AHIMA approval of the program is due August 1, 2019; 12.11.2019 - Board received and accepted the report. A subsequent report, including updates on hiring a new program coordinator, efforts to increase enrollment and completion, and accreditation status, is due 12.1.2020; 6/16/20 - Board received and accepted the report. A subsequent report, including updates on the impact of adding virtual practice labs and progress toward AMIMA's Academic Professional Certificate Approval Program status, is due 10/1/2022. 3/29/2023 - completion numbers for the past three years have increased since previous years, and the program currently has a 3 year average of 11 graduates per year.
