Action Text: The Board of Regents grante approval for Southeastern to offer the following existing PBC programs through distance learning technologies: Gifted Education (CIP Code 13.1004); SpEd M/M for Elem Gr 1-5, SpEd M/M for Elem Gr 4-8, and SpEd M/M for SecEd Gr 6-12 (CIP Code 13.1001); and Reading Specialist (CIP Code 13.1315).
