Request: Three Organizational Changes

Board Action: Approval

Action Text: The Board of Regents approved the following organizational changes to the current departmental confirguration at LSUS: (1) redistribute the faculty of the Department of Fine Arts, Foreign Languages, and Humanities (FAFLHU) and the Department of Communications into three other units and eliminate these two departments; (2) Create a new Department of Arts and Media; and (3) Change the name of the Department of English to the Department of English and Foreign Languages.
