Condition Text: An update on program implementation, to include enrollment and completer data, shall be submitted by September 1, 2014. 09.25.2014: The 2014 progress report was received and accepted by the Board of Regents. A subsequent report on enrollment and completer data is requested by September 1, 2015; 09.24.2015 The Board of Regents received and accepted the 2015 progress report. An update on program implementation is requested by September 1, 2016; 09.22.2016 - the BoR received and accepted the 2016 report, requesting an update on program enrollments and completers by 1 September 2017; 09.27.17. BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is requested by 09.01.2018; 9/26/18 - BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report that includes information on graduation numbers is due on 9/1/2019; 9.25.2019 - Board received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report demonstrating stronger enrollment and completion is due 10.1.2021 or program will be terminated; 2/23/2022 - Requirements for professional certification have led to continued decreases in enrollment and completion. The program will be terminated.
