Condition Text: A report and proposal for continued designation as a Center for Workforce Excellence is due by August 1, 2014 and annually until fully approved, in accordance with BoR Centers of Excellence Policy. 02.23.2014 The Board of Regents granted continued, provisional designation of the CWE, with a progress report and proposal for continued designation as a CWE due by October 30, 2015. 10.26.2015 An extension for the CWE report until January 30, 2016 was granted per the request of the campus; 03.23.2016 The Board of Regents granted continued, provisional designation of the CWE, with a progress report and proposal for continued designation as a CWE due by 06.15.2017; 08.23.17: BoR approved the Center for Workforce Excellence in Transportation Technology at Baton Rouge Community College, with a progress report and proposal for continued designation as a CWE due by 15 June 2019; 10.23.2019 - Board approved continued designation as a CWE. A report and request for continued designation, including demonstration that the academic programs have made significant progress in enrollment and graduation, is due 10.15.2021.
