A subsequent report is requested by June 1, 2016. 09.12.2016: The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is due by June 1, 2017. 09.27.17. The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is requested by 06.01.2018; 8/22/2018: The BoR received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report with updated enrollment and graduation numbers, and updates on issues raised in external review as well as progress on accreditation is due August 1, 2019; 12/16/2020 - Board accepted the report. A subsequent report is due 10/1/2021, and must include updates on efforts to improve retention and completion and accreditation. The institution is required to submit a comprehensive improvement plan in January 2021. 9/21/2022 - Board accepted progress report as part of Academic Planning process. No further reporting is required.
