The Board voted unanimously to accept the recommendation of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee to grant approval for the Center for Biomodular Microsystems at Louisiana State University and A&M College for a period of three years, effective immediately. By March 1, 2006, the University shall submit to the Associate Commissioner for Academic Affairs an update which addresses financial concerns expressed in the staff summary.

2007/01/25: On motion of Regent Brame, seconded by Regent Roy, the Board voted unanimously to accept the recommendation of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee to receive the Progress Report from the Center for Biomodular Microsystems at Louisiana State University and A&M College. No further reports are required until the Center applies for reauthorization by January 1, 2009.
2010/03/24: The Board of Regents granted continued approval for the Center for Biomodular Multi-Scale Systems at Louisiana State University and A&M College through December 31, 2014. No later than this date, a request for reauthorization of center status is due.
10.22.2014: The Board of Regents approved the request from LSU A&M for termination of the Center for Biomodular Multi-Sclae Systems.
