Action Text: On motion of Regent Roy, seconded by Regent D’Aquin, the Board voted unanimously to accept the recommendation of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee to grant approval for the proposed Letter of Intent for the projected Doctor of Public Health program (CIP Code 51.2201) at the Louisiana State University Health Science Center-New Orleans. Any forthcoming proposal submitted as a result of this Letter of Intent shall address cost/funding concerns expressed in the staff summary.
