Board Action: Approval

Action Text: On motion of Regent Roy, seconded by Regent Brame, the Board voted unanimously to accept the recommendation of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee to grant approval for the following actions within the College of Education at Southern University-Baton Rouge: 1. The establishment of a new Department of Educational Leadership; and 2. The renaming of the Department of Behavioral Studies and Educational Leadership to the Department of Behavioral Studies.
