The Board of Regents granted conditional approval for the A.A.S. in Industrial Electronics Technology (CIP Code 47.0105) at Louisiana Technical College - Delta Ouachita Campus, effective immediately. Beginning January 1, 2009, and annually on that date until NAIT accreditation has been achieved, the College campus shall submit a progress report to the Associate Commissioner for Academic Affairs, updating progress toward programmatic accreditation as well as numbers of program enrollees and graduates.

2009/03/26: The Board of Regents received the 2008 Progress Reports relative to the implementation of the Associate of Applied Science programs in Industrial Instrumentation Technology and Industrial Electronic Technology at the LTC-Delta Ouachita campus. Next progress reports, as previously stipulated, shall be due by January 1, 2010, addressing NAIT accreditation, numbers of enrollees and graduates as well as placement of graduates from both programs. Additionally, enhanced recruitment efforts for the diploma and associate-level programs in Industrial Electronic Technology should be discussed.
2010/02/25: The Board of Regents received the February 2010 progress report relative to the implementation of the four A.A.S. programs at LTC-Delta Ouachita. The next progress report addressing issues listed in the staff analysis is due by January 1, 2011.
02.23.2011: The Board of Regents accepted the January 2011 Progress Report. A subsequent report is due by January 1, 2012 addressing progress toweard accreditation, enrollment and completer numbers and placement of graduates.
2012/02/28 Board of Regents accepted the 2012 progress report and granted full approval of the program. No further reporting is necessary.
