The Board of Regents granted approval for the Integrated STEM Education Research Center (ISERC) at Louisiana Tech University effective July 1, 2008, through AY 2012-2013. By July 1, 2011, a progress report updating Center activities to-date and documenting funding secured to afford expanded and/or future Center operations shall be due to the Associate Commissioner for Academic Affairs; Board of Regents approved continued authorization of ISERC on August 22, 2018 for a five-year period. A request for reauthorization is due by August 1, 2023.

2011/06/23 Board of Regents accepted the 2011 progress report. No further reporting is necessary with the exception of the request for reauthorization which is due by May 2013 (see below). 2013/08/21: The Board of Regents continued approval of the Center through AY 2013-14. By July 1, 2014, a progress report updating the Board on Center activities to-date and documenting funding secured to afford expanding and/or future Center operations shall be submitted.
08.27.2014: The Board of Regents received and acdepted the progress report. No future reporting is necessary due to the solid funding base being established for the next four years. A request for reauthorization of Center status shall be submitted by August 1, 2018; The Board of Regents approved continued authorization of ISERC on August 22, 2018 for a five-year period. A request for reauthorization is due August 1, 2023.
