: The Board of Regents granted conditional approval for the joint Master of Public Health program (CIP Code 51.2201) at Louisiana State University at Shreveport and the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport, to be implemented Fall 2008. a. By August 1, 2008, the Universities shall submit a joint, four-year program budget which fully accounts for all actual and anticipated revenue (with sources) and expenditures. b. By September 1, 2009, and annually on that date until accreditation has been granted by the Council on Education for Public Health, a progress report shall be due to the Associate Commissioner for Academic Affairs addressing: i. Numbers of enrollees and graduates ii. Placement of graduates; and iii. Progress toward CEPH accreditation.

Conditions, Subsequent Action(s)

2009/10/22: The Board of Regents received the AY 2008-09 progress report relative to the Master of Public Health program jointly offered by LSU at Shreveport and the LSU Health Sciences Center at Shreveport. The next report, as stipulated by initial Board action, shall be due September 1, 2010. 04/27/2011 Board of Regents accepted the 2010 progress report. An annual progress report is due by December 1, 2011 addressing all items previously requested. 2014/01/22: The Board of Regents received and accepted the progress report. A subsequent report is requested by December 1, 2014. 12.11.2014: The Board of Regents received and accepted the 2014 progress report. A subsequent report is requested by December 1, 2015. 02.22.2016 The Board of Regents received and accepted the progress report. No further reporting is necessary based on specialized accreditation being achieved as well as stabilization of the program.
