Action Text: On motion of Regent Klein, seconded by Regent Brame, the Academic and Student Affairs Committee unanimously recommended that the Board of Regents grant approval for proposed Letter of Intent for a projected Ph.D. program in Community Health Sciences (CIP Code 51.2207) at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans. Any forthcoming proposal as a result of this Letter of Intent shall initially be examined for Moratorium impact. Further, this proposal shall in particular address program cost issues, as expressed in the Staff Summary.
