Conditions, Subsequent Action(s)

A progress report on each conditionally maintained program will be due on October 1, 2011. The report shall include spring and summer completer numbers along with the number of declared majors enrolled for the fall semester, by level. The report shall also describe any actions taken to strengthen student involvement in and progress through the programs.
