Request: Dissolve ULL and SLU EdD Consortium separating the two EdD programs

Action Text: 9.25.2019 - Board approved the request from the UL System, on behalf of ULL and Southeastern to dissolve the EdD consortium established in 2006. Both institutions have sufficient enrollment and graduates in their programs to stand independently.
