10.23.2013: The Board of Regents received and accepted the 2013 progress report. A subsequent report is due by October 1, 2014.
02.23.2015 The Board of Regents received and accepted the 2014 progress report. A subsequent report is due by October 1, 2015 unless a restructure plan is submitted prior to that time. The program was terminated in May 2015 by the Board of Regents. As a result, no further reporting is necessary.
